Forthcoming Performances:

Saturday 30th March 2019, 7pm: venue tbc                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       A joint concert with Voces Seraphorum. Featuring a performance of Songs of the Fleet by Charles Villiers Stanforda cycle of five songs for baritone, mixed chorus, and orchestra, to poems by Henry Newbolt.

Did you know? Songs of the Fleet was one of three pieces to premiere in Leeds at the 1910 Leeds Festival. The other two pieces were Sergei Rachmaninoff’s Second Symphony and Ralph Vaughan Williams’ A Sea Symphony.

Sunday 16th December 2018, 12-3pm: Charity busking in Victoria Gate, Leeds

This year we raised £462.78 for SNAPS and St George’s Crypt.

The performance featured seasonal classics such as David Willcocks Five Christmas Carols (God rest you merry, gentleman; O come, all ye faithful; Unto us is born a Son; The first Nowell; Hark! The herald angels sing).
